The telegram channel was opened by Dr. Amir Mohsen Ziaie, head of the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to »Shahrvand« newspaper, the first post of this channel is a message about death of Benita, an eight-month-old baby. The text of this message is as follow.
This morning, when I read the death of eight-month-old baby, all my mind and my confusion was on how this horrific crime could be handled, how can the heart and conscience of a man be so black that release the innocent and infallible infant so that the child dies because of warmth and waterlessness; how can this level of abjection be reached? On the days we celebrate the daughters of our country on the pretext of girl’s day, hearing the news of the death of Benita, my heart beat up the pain of sadness; a girl who could definitely have a brilliant future, but now we have to mourn.
Unfortunately, recently we hear more painful events, from the brutal murder of Atena to the loss of Joseph and now the death of Benita, but what is certain is that we and the community are responsible for the crimes that are committed, and we need to all help to change the culture of our society together.
 As a representative of volunteers and rescuers of the Red Crescent Society, I want Benita's family to accept my condolence, and I ask God Almighty patient for this family.

امروز صبح با خواندن جان دادن نوزاد ٨ ماهه جانم آتش گرفت. تمام ذهن و فكرم مغشوش اين شد كه چطور مي‌توان به اين‌چنين جنايت هولناكی دست زد. چطور قلب و وجدان انسان مي‌تواند اين‌چنين سياه و كدر شود كه نوزاد معصوم و بي‌گناهي را رها كند تا كودك از فرط گرما و بي‌آبي جان دهد؛ چطور مي‌توان به اين درجه از ذلت رسيد. در روزهايي كه از دختران سرزمينمان به بهانه روز دختر تجليل
مي كنيم، شنيدن خبر جان دادن بنيتای معصوم قلبم را از شدت ناراحتي به درد آورد؛ دختركي كه قطعا مي‌توانست آينده درخشان داشته باشد اما حال بايد در سوگش بنشينيم.متاسفانه اخيرا از اين دست اتفاقات دردناك بيشتر مي‌شنويم؛ از قتل بي‌رحمانه آتنا تا گم شدن يوسف و حالا جان‌دادن بنيتا، اما آنچه مسلم است، اين است كه ما و جامعه در قبال رخ دادن اين جنايات مسئول و مقصريم و نياز داريم همگي در كنار هم به تغيير فرهنگ جامعه‌مان كمك كنيم.
